1955- 1956

1955 heralds the largest and most comprehensive range of Tri-ang pedal cars that they ever had the honour to offer the world's pedal cars buyers.

Tri-ang produced a massive 29 different pedal cars. Here they are:

The Centurion has  a gearlever,lights,boot,handbrake,windscreen, orginal horn and even a radio 

This photograph of Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth and Prince Charles, driving a Centurion, was taken at Balmoral.

Her Majesty's loyal subject, Walter Lines, Chairman of the Lines Bros. group, has the honour of holding Her Majesty's Royal Warrant.

 

   

   
   

 

 

March 6th 2008, this Thunderbolt was in auction in the famous B.B.C. program

Bargain Hunt. The auctioneer told that there were only 100 Thunderbolts made by Tri-ang.

With an estimate of £40- £60 it finally made £70.

The later series has a different side decal and a decal on the bonnet

 

In 1957 again changed the side decal

as showed on the right pictures.

   

 

 

 

 

 In Oktober 2013 Belgium collector Alain Malrait restored a Tri-ang Midget tractor. Find below the pictures of this very successfull project
